-Teaches or previously taught A.P. Calculus AB & BC, Trigonometry, Geometry, and Algebra 1 & 2.-Holds designation of Google Certified Educator Level 2 for displaying expert knowledge of the Google Suite of software and serves as a building expert in the transition toward new technology.-Pioneered and continues to advance Herrin’s A.P. Calculus program, besting the national average exam score each of the last three years.-Influences school and district policy by serving on the National Honor Society Committee, the Herrin C.U.S.D. No. 4 Technology Committee, and the Herrin C.U.S.D. No. 4 Title I Leadership Team.-Collaborated with Southern Illinois teachers on the R.O.E. #30 Illinois Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics team to deepen integration of C.C.S.S. and the Math Practice Standards.-Designed professional mathematics lessons rooted in C.C.S.S. for LearnZillion.com after being chosenfor the national “Dream Team” of 200 teachers from over 4000 applicants.-Develops presentations and leads trainings on Google integration for Herrin C.U.S.D. No. 4 teachers.-Authored successful grant applications with Herrin Education Foundation and I.E.A.-Leads the largest high school scholastic bowl team in Southern Illinois, achieving winning records in each year coached, including conference titles for both Junior Varsity and Varsity squads.-Organizes and oversees the Southern Illinois River-to-River Conference tournaments, comprising of securing facilities and awards, booking catering and maintenance, and coordinating and communicating with other area coaches.-Prepares 9th–12th grade students to compete in inter- and intra-state competitions, with championships at S.W.I.C., S.E.M.O., S.I.U.C., including a second place in 2017 at the I.C.T.M. State Math Content.-Plans and manages the I.C.T.M. Regional Math Contest at Herrin High School six years running, communicating with area schools, serving as chief grader, and performing various other duties.

I served in a technology support role for the Integrated Assessment Program, a grant funded program working in cooperation with the Department of Child and Family Services of the State of Illinois. Along with regular computer and internet maintenance and support, I completed projects such as a video interview compilation of staff employees for use with recruitment and demonstration.

This was a summer/winter break job during my undergraduate years. I served as both a bookkeeper and teller during my time at the bank.
