Led 10-person Board of volunteer faculty, provided guidance and solutions to 1000+ volunteer board members at 370 student org collegiate chapters. Managed Experiential Learning competitions, including the AMA Case competition, and supported sponsorship deliverables for vitaminwater, Hershey, Nintendo, eBay; published a monthly e-newsletter, email campaigns, edited web pages and managed social media.Event manager for the AMA International Collegiate Conference, a 3-day event serving 1,700 attendees, with multiple tracks, and competitions. Collaborated with faculty conference co-chairs, and marketing faculty board to improve programming and sponsor experience. Increased attendance 25% in two years, with always improving attendee exit survey ratings. Managed a conference budget of over $350,000, leadership of on-site AMA staff, awards ordering, faculty Paper booklet publishing, competition and volunteer coordination, edited print materials and conference mobile app, and social media plan, provided clear details to professional marketing speakers, sponsors, and event photographer.
