-Responsible for reviewing and approving orders in conjunction with legal team-Created training curriculum for Account Executives to develop knowledge of CRM and standards of the sales team’s processes-Facilitate training programs for managers and employees, including overview of CRM and Pardot Marketing Automation-Analyze key metrics from the CRM and provide insights to the leadership team on emerging markets, opportunities, and risk areas-Responsible for incoming leads, this includes pre-qualification and distribution to Account Executives-Prepare analysis for Marketing Director weekly on lead activity and trends-Partner with legal team to review leads from sanctioned countries, ensuring full compliance -Lead of the Joint Health & Safety Committee, responsible for monthly team meetings and safety audits within the office

-Front-line customer interaction, utilize clear communication skills to gather and enter orders into global CRM system-Responsible for providing excellent customer service, including quotes, expedition of orders, and invoices -Recognized for exceptional customer services skills through the appointment of single-point of contact for several key GE customers-Liaise with Regional Sales Managers and distributors to meet the customer needs-Utilize a high degree of accuracy and expertise when interacting with CRM-Active member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee
