I work directly with our amazing clients, consulting on projects, security, and managed IT services. My role also supports our internal team, assisting with everything from internal planning, relationship management, and leading meetings, to escalations and issue resolutions. My team also reviews client agreements and invoicing questions/review. Finally, one of my favorite parts of this role is being able to lead client training sessions - specifically security awareness training.

As a Systems Administrator for an MSP, I provide dedicated proactive services for a wide range of clients. I manage and monitor the networks of clients in various fields, including finance, engineering, non-profit, medical, and manufacturing. I provide services such as patch management, managed AV monitoring, log/error report monitoring, AD auditing, GPO creation and modification, system imaging, network configuration and monitoring, LOB application administration, and much more. I also provide internal support for our team of System Administrators, and frequently train new team members and interns.I specialize in planning and deployment of backup solutions from Datto and in-house cloud-based backups, as well as full disaster recovery planning and testing, and have provided internal training for our team, as well as disaster recovery simulation scenarios with clients. Working for a managed service provider has allowed me to explore an extremely wide range of network environments. I work regularly with Server 2008/2012 deployments, ESXI/VCenter standalone and HA clusters, and manage networks that use primarily Cisco hardware. I also have familiarity with FortiNet, NetApp, SonicWall, Ubiquity, and Aerohive.
