Working within the NAB Alias and Digital & Direct stream, I have accountability for the change planning and delivery of NPP into both Business and Personal Banking divisions.Business Banking Customer Service Delivery Project:One of NAB's top ten initiatives, delivering a simplified business lending application process that improves the overall experience for customers and our people. Known as ELA, the system was delivered to over 2000 Business bankers nationwide.Personally accountable for a number of Change deliverables including Business Impact Assessment, Training Needs Analysis, Business Readiness planning and ongoing stakeholder engagement.NAB View (NextGen) - CIS Capability Project:A multimillion dollar CRM technology integration project that delivered a single customer view across NABs Business Banking and Specialist divisions. I was personally accountable for the design and delivery of the Change Network comprising of embedded Local Experts across all impacted segments. This includes but is not limited to; the organisational change management approach, design and build of training content, communication, train the trainer and online and face-to-face facilitation. In addition, I had a key role in engaging and presenting to key stakeholders including senior leaders and business management audiences.
