As a collegiate and professional athlete, that was about tireless work ethic, being prepared, and looking for opportunities to lift up your teammates.Through years as a professional Swiss Army knife in MLB Front offices that became more about honest assessments of strengths & weaknesses, and then identifying the resources that activate those advantages or address those limitations.And as a Coach at the highest level it intensified the focus on what kind of information helped athletes become the best versions of themselves, and how it was best communicated with individuals and groups.More recent endeavors have given me exposure to a variety of tools that can influence individual and team performance, and have led me to a company with a growing suite of tools do work together to do all of this for elite sports organizations.
