This was achieved without increasing staff due to streamlining of processes and creative use of technology.* Oversee the team responsible for processing over 6,500 licenses/permit applications and conducting over 9,000 inspections annually.

* Serving a 5-year council appointment tasked with developing and implementing the City's Community Vision through the review of developer projects and city initiatives.* Responsible for running meetings of five commission members, reviewing requests for conditional use permits, lot reconfigurations, overlay districts, parking plans, public improvements, ordinance changes, and other planning-related functions.* As the current Chairperson of this body, guided and shaped the Downtown Development project at the site of the former hospital. Project is on hold at the moment, but once completed, this will be the single largest development for Lakewood in the last century.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

* Project Manager for renovations of labs, conference rooms, and classrooms throughout campus.* Oversight of construction administration of work performed by in-house trades and outside contractors.* Cost estimating and scheduling for audio/video infrastructure improvement projects* Managed team in the installation and construction of over $1.3M in audio video infrastructure improvement projects over the 2013 & 2014 fiscal year.
