• Managed all aspects of the Company's corporate accounting department. Supervised a team of nine employees and was responsible for the monthly and annual reporting processes. I provided over $100k in annual savings through the initiation and completion of several projects. • Led conversion to new accounting software without any delay to monthly reporting cycle. During a 3 year period, led the accounting department during dramatic growth with the Company's self operated store businesses growing from 15 restaurants to over 140 and $12m to $125m in revenue.• Wrote and implemented an accounting procedure binder for Company owned stores.
