12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, sales, product management, project management, program management, and policy research; I specialize in helping startups set-up and eventually achieve scale!Part 1 of my career was in government and public policy, first in the Prime Minister’s Office, and later the C.D. Howe Institute, Canada's top economics think tank, where I became fascinated with policies designed to spur scientific innovation. Part 2 of my career was science commercialization at the Universities of Toronto and Oxford. The startup programs I helped scale and expand globally have graduated 100s of scientists working in areas including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and quantum computing, to name a few.Part 3 of my career was sort of inevitable after working with so many startups: (1) co-building a funded, seed-stage, EdTech startup that built apps and e-learning experiences for the creator economy and Fortune 500s during the peak of COVID. And (2) most recently joining a Series B EdTech startup, with a mandate to aggressively scale our global operation, though the deployment of new policies, processes, and tools, including artificial intelligence.
