The first being a pilot. I have had the pleasure of flying with Kyle in light twins, singles, and even jets. When put in stressful piloting situations, I have seen Kyle, first-hand, remain calm and collected with the outcome of the flight never in doubt. As a flight instructor, he always put his students' schedule before his own and never complained about the last minute bookings. I believe that all of his FAA Part 61 students passed their check ride on the first attempt. A reflection on a true and dedicated flight instructor. From a customer service perspective, I have witnessed him multitask many times. He always strives to accomplish his goals ahead of schedule and under budget. Kyle is a very organized individual with a "customer satisfaction guaranteed" attitude all of the time.
