Kyle McConnell focuses his practice in the areas of complex insurance coverage and litigation, specializing in fidelity and commercial crime, cybercrime, and financial institution bonds. Mr. McConnell is also an experienced litigator and counselor in the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability, premises liability, wrongful death, and employment.Having first-chaired numerous jury trials to verdict, Mr. McConnell uses his experience in tailoring a strategy that will most effectively and efficiently enable his clients to achieve a favorable early resolution or, if necessary, successful outcome at trial.During his legal education, Mr. McConnell served as a judicial extern for both state and federal judges, providing additional insight on effective litigation strategy. He received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law. During law school, he served as Lead Articles Editor for the University of Illinois-Chicago Law Review and Associate Justice on the Moot Court Honors Board.
