Kyle Larson is a Vice President, Operations at Southern Ventures. They is proficient in French. Colleagues describe them as "I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with Kyle as an executive officer in Phi Delta Theta from 2007 through 2009; during that time, Kyle served the fraternity as both the Warden and then as President. Kyle was in charge of all facets of the Fraternity, including the guided leadership of all other officers including myself. He led by example, setting standards of expectations that reflected our end goal, to re-establish TN Alpha as the pinnacle of fraternity chapters at Vanderbilt. Acting as the President, Kyle was responsible for meeting each week with members of the Executive Committee, attending various other committee meetings, and preparing and executing our weekly chapter meetings. His pre-semester responsibilities including allocating every dollar of our $50,000 a year budget and reviewing and finalizing our calendar of events. As Rush Chairman of the fraternity for the 2008/2009 academic year, I could not have been as successful as I was at growing our membership by 115% and meeting our lofty expectations without Kyle's guidance and leadership. Kyle without a doubt is a vital asset to any organization and his leadership qualities are second to none!"
