• Established and leads Grant Thornton's Product Management team responsible for the delivery of new and innovative products to clients and employees• Assisted in the development of the current SLDC - beginning with Ideation and ending in delivery of market facing and internal products• Designing innovative end-to-end solutions, based in design thinking principles, to capitalize on market opportunities or drive operational efficiencies• Responsible for the standup and delivery of the Intelligent Automation Service Center. • Established Public Sector's Digital Experience offering with a focus on design thinking, rapid prototyping, customer experience, and digital ideation• Delivered Grant Thornton’s first digital prototype for the electronic filling of a Trademark• Implemented our Product Ideation solution, leveraging IdeaScale, to understand customer requirements for developing modern, stable, and highly functional tools• Customized and assited in deployment of the cloud-based tool, implemented a governance process, collected hundreds of end user suggestions, and collaborated with PE2E Product Owners to develop the most impactful ideas• Assisted in development of data visualization tools using Tableau to assist with the idea review process. The Product Ideation process has allowed both Product Owner and client executives to leverage user feedback in current development efforts• Analyzed adoption trends for client systems and incorporating user-informed improvements to support organizational management and the product management lifecycle• Our team identified the need for our client to adopt a more modern approach to incorporating user feedback for the a modernization effort. • Facilitated multiple design thinking sessions to establish a collaborative process for soliciting, collecting, and acting on user feedback (crowd-sourcing). • The Product Management team’s work focused on delivering Agile coaching and mentoring to the client Product Owner teams• Lead the strategic development and implementation of Agile education, release planning, and quantitative analysis in support of client yearly goals

• Product management lead overseeing development and implementation of the Instrument Flight Procedure product for the Federal Aviation Administration• Developed all requirement documentation for the Flight Procedure product through months of scenario and personas development, to-be process definition, and leadership buy-in• Reduced the Personnel Action Process within the FAA’s Air Traffic organization from 3 months to 4 weeks; utilized lean six sigma practices to improve processes across 4 departments.

• Served as product lead on proprietary financial software solutions; partnered with FAA personnel to translate requirements into software platforms for tracking FTE levels to support their mission• Defined strategic business priorities within the FLITES program budget unit
