• Established Public Sector's Digital Experience offering with a focus on design thinking, rapid prototyping, customer experience, and digital ideation• Delivered Grant Thornton’s first digital prototype for the electronic filling of a Trademark• Implemented our Product Ideation solution, leveraging IdeaScale, to understand customer requirements for developing modern, stable, and highly functional tools• Customized and assited in deployment of the cloud-based tool, implemented a governance process, collected hundreds of end user suggestions, and collaborated with PE2E Product Owners to develop the most impactful ideas• Assisted in development of data visualization tools using Tableau to assist with the idea review process.
