• Developed all requirement documentation for the Flight Procedure product through months of scenario and personas development, to-be process definition, and leadership buy-in
• Reduced the Personnel Action Process within the FAA’s Air Traffic organization from 3 months to 4 weeks; utilized lean six sigma practices to improve processes across 4 departments.
