Four Points Funding is a real estate investment firm and developer focused on Opportunity Zones across Colorado's emerging communities. Our Opportunity Zone Funds primarily invest in multifamily housing and outdoor hospitality, targeting community benefits alongside competitive returns. Our investments aspire to lead impactful community developments that improve towns and the livelihood of their current and future residents, as well their visitors.I currently focus on due diligence, underwriting and execution of our multi-family developments across Western Colorado. We are developing almost 1 Million square feet of apartments with our first development in Grand Junction opening in the summer of 2022.

We are a growing development company with a focus on new development opportunities for continuum care communities throughout the western United States. Responsibilities include:• I work directly with the executive team and our operator to define our acquisition and disposition strategy. • I participate in underwriting, due diligence and pre-acquisition business plan development• I execute business plans for assets post-acquisition to achieve pre-determined investment objectives• I develop budgets and financial performance model that properly captures and allocates all appropriate revenues and expenses by asset and portfolio• I create monthly, quarterly and annual reports and presentations of financial results, variance analyses and cash flow forecasts for clients, investors and senior management
