Responsibilities include:• I work directly with the executive team and our operator to define our acquisition and disposition strategy. • I participate in underwriting, due diligence and pre-acquisition business plan development• I execute business plans for assets post-acquisition to achieve pre-determined investment objectives• I develop budgets and financial performance model that properly captures and allocates all appropriate revenues and expenses by asset and portfolio• I create monthly, quarterly and annual reports and presentations of financial results, variance analyses and cash flow forecasts for clients, investors and senior management
