Our Opportunity Zone Funds primarily invest in multifamily housing and outdoor hospitality, targeting community benefits alongside competitive returns. Our investments aspire to lead impactful community developments that improve towns and the livelihood of their current and future residents, as well their visitors. Our focus is our OZ fund and serving investors looking to take advantage of the tax benefits of investing in OZs. Our OZ investments are in areas already primed for great returns and will drive long-term economic growth throughout rural Colorado, which is forecast to have some of the highest population growth nationally over the next decade. We are also one of the most known startup investors on the West Slope of Colorado and consider West Slope Angels an important part of our OZ plan. Our startup investments maximize economic diversity and job growth across rural Colorado, propelling our OZ investments. We are actively raising for our OZ fund and multiple angel investments.
