Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects that support the program's vision and short- and long-term plans. Develop and manage new (and the renewal of existing) contracts, including data sharing agreements with stakeholders and client management system. Manage and report on allowable budget. Manage the partnership relationships and work closely with the Communications to ensure consistency of message and development of collateral to drive strategic initiatives. Lead enrollment growth from 10,000 to 36,000 students across 200 ISDs in Texas.Lead and manage the enhancements of existing programmatic strategic initiatives. Recommend high-potential concepts to advance the OnRamps Program and related projects, track results and resolve problems that may come up. Write narrative reports summarizing initiatives and improvement findings and make recommendations based on findings. Specifically:Rural Schools ProjectTexas MicroMajorDrive process improvement projects in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned strategic initiatives delivery and quality. Develop project proposals, requests for proposal responses, grant applications and other documents and presentations. Interface with a variety of key stakeholders, including community college and university, school district, governmental, and non-profit leaders using established community engagement, communication management and relationship and business development practices.

Defining systemic support for academic and workforce partnerships between Northwest ISD and Institutions of Higher Education in Texas that leads to greater Dual Enrollment opportunities and certifications for high school students.Create and then maintain a web presence for College and Career Readiness in Northwest ISD that aids the transition in to post-secondary options for students.Create and facilitate ongoing professional development at the campus and district level on instructional practices in advanced academics, centered on teacher reflective practice and appropriate safety nets for students.Manage the Advanced Placement and Pre-Advanced Placement support network, including curriculum design and revision, professional development needs, and the recruitment/attrition of students.Manage the SAT/ACT/PSAT assessment support network through resource and instructor alignment, recruitment/attrition of students in support programs, and engaging in audit research on programmatic features that lead to success.Lead the implementation of the AVID College Readiness System for Northwest ISD; serve as the AVID District Director and Finance Planner.

Create and facilitate ongoing professional development at the campus, district and state level based on research practices regarding the comprehensive high school reform model of Early College High School.Work in partnership with administration at the campus and district to achieve College Readiness goals and instill fidelity of implementation of the Design Principles of Early College High School while building capacity and enhancing productivity.Create and facilitate ongoing professional development at the campus, district and state level based on research practices regarding the comprehensive school reform in Mathematics.

Designed and implemented a credit recovery program for Algebra 1 students in jeopardy falling behind in credits. All students recovered credit.Lead a Task Force regarding State Assessment Intervention and Remediation, and as a product of that meeting, designed and implemented an Intervention Program involving 125+ students, and a Remediation Program, in which, developed a class and curriculum for 32 students. Also designed a follow up data system to track student progress long term, in which, 50% of students in class met standard on state assessment, where previously none had met standard.Served as primary Instructional Support Coach to Teachers on 4 campuses for improvement in Instructional and Assessment practices.Trained teachers on seamless integration of technology within the Mathematics classroom using multiple mediums, including: student Netbooks, TI-Nspire, Interwrite Technologies.Designed a data merging system that compiled assessment results from state tests and local tests, demographic information, and state assessment history and provided it to teachers. Then, facilitated conversations within Professional Learning Communities regarding student subpopulations and the degree of support needed, differentiation of instruction, and plans for teacher intervention.Lead curricular teams in development of Concept Based Curriculum units across 6 subjects.
