I am a 2022 graduate of Ferris State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing, and a Minor in Professional Sales. -During the summers of 2019, 2020, and 2021, I worked for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) at Yankee Springs Recreational Area. In 2020, I was honored to have won a prestigious award for the highest ranked STW4, in the state of Michigan, an award only issued to one individual amongst all state parks to the individual with the most votes by fellow coworkers. In 2021, I returned to complete a three-month marketing internship, while operating alongside a Michigan DNR Marketing Representative. I gained insight on how social media posts and customer conversations directly influence park attendance, event participation, and ultimately, incoming revenue. Using this data, I planned many events for the park including hikes, bug and animal identification courses, fishing lessons, and many other amazing events! -In 2022, I worked at a newly established specialty retail store where I sold goods and interacted with both new and loyal customers. These experiences have driven me to pursue a career where I can leverage my strengths in communication, sales, and relationship management.-During the Summer of 2023, I began my current position as Client Relationship Representative for Surface Experts - Grand Rapids. I have the privilege of maintaining positive relational status with over 300 accounts in the West Michigan territory. Such accounts include multi-family living facilities, hotels, transportation/moving companies, residential houses, and others. I have learned how to efficiently maintain not only my schedule but multiple technicians' schedules, respond to customers in a timely manner, schedule repairs, problem solve sales and service related issues, and withhold a positive brand image as one of the main faces for Surface Experts - Grand Rapids.
