- Serve as the primary trusted contact for all existing accounts & vendors. Responsible for customer retention, engagement, product expansion, account implementation and account support. This is achieved through analysis.
- Manage AmTrav relationship managers, vendor relationship managers & reporting management
- Manage a portfolio of Global Key Accounts
- Help customers build, implement & scale all aspects of their travel programs & travel policies
- Negotiate, manage and analyze all corporate travel contracts - air, hotel and car
