Primary role is to identify must-win opportunities on major projects with focused EPC companies in the Houston area. This position focuses on a team dynamic with business developers and project management teams due to complexity of large capital projects and multiple stakeholders involved. With the opportunity driven approach, I prioritized value engineering and cost/benefit analysis to drive true integrated specifications with modular systems and fastening on steel solutions. Another key aspect to this role is continued involvement from specification to a converted sale and the communication of the opportunity into our project pipeline and forecast.

Primary role was to define and drive sales strategy for petrochemical, refinery, and LNG mega-projects in the Gulf Coast region. This includes determining yearly sales forecasts based on project specifications and standards, narrowing focus to must-win applications, building relationships with key decision makers on site, and organizing sales team to hone in on actions to achieve sales targets. This position requires frequent communication with sales team including field engineers, business developers, materials management, PMO, and product management teams.

Providing engineering technical support to civil, energy, and industry design firms in the North Texas, West Texas, and Oklahoma region. Primary role was to drive customer engagement with large engineering design firms and EPC's to educate on Hilti products, promote Hilti specifications into company standards, and convert specifications to sales by assisting account managers through trainings and field services. Market focuses included civil in North Texas and Oil & Gas in West Texas and Oklahoma.

Currently working on the DFW Terminal Renovation Project. I am providing construction administration services to the Terminal A renovation phases as the structural consultant. Responsibilities include review of submittals as well as frequent discussions with the general contractor to investigate and answer RFI's in a thorough and timely manner. Various structural design, drafting, and modeling tasks have also been accomplished.

Graduate Assistant for Architecture Studio 1 during the Spring 2011 semester. I mentored and critiqued architecture students through their design projects. Responsibilies also included evaluation and grading of the final products.Graduate Assistant for Engineering Statics for the Spring and Fall 2010 semesters. Responsibilities included teaching a discussion class once a week as well as grading homeworks and producing the answer keys.Teaching assistant for Structures 1 in both the Spring 2007 and 2008 semesters. This class, which is required for all students in the architecture and architectural engineering professional program, introduced elementary analyzation and sizing of timber, steel, and reinforced concrete structures. My duties included grading homework assignments every other day as well as producing the answer key for the students. Other responsibilities include holding office hours 3 times a week and proctoring tests every 2 weeks throughout the semester.

I was responsible for CAD work. Tasks included completing red lines and printing off construction documents. I was also assigned to build a site/massing model for the Highland Village Town Center that was used for meetings between town officials and those involved with the design and construction process.
