Current- Effective oversight and management of a $2.4 million annual organizational budget including development of financial tracking and budget projection tools.- Wrote and secured multiple six and seven figure grants from government entities (local, state, & federal) and private/corporate foundations totaling over $3.6 million. - Directed innovative programs focused on addressing health equity, food accessibility, and environmental justice issues faced by Asian and Pacific Islander (API) communities.- Established the Food Roots Harvest program to address food insecurity needs in LA: Since 2013, distributed over 500 tons of fresh produce to 20,000 families and provided $750,000+ to local farmers.- Facilitated inclusive hiring, constructive performance evaluations, and employee separation processes with professionalism and empathy.- Led and mentored a team of 4 program managers who supervise 14 staff members.- Fundraised to increase staff salaries by 15% between FY21-23.- Collaborated with an external consultant, Advisory Board, Co-Director, and staff to complete a one-year organizational program evaluation and realignment process.
