As a Delivery Training Manager, I primarily plan, coordinate and deliver training and (related) resources to the internal Client Services/ Delivery teams to enable and equip them in their roles, and effectively approach the implementation of our product solutions (Customers & Partners) in terms of our established best practices. As a Client Servicing Contractor - I got contracted to the US firm on a short-term basis to assist with client audit engagements within the Financial Services division (Wealth and Asset Management).Similar to my Supervisor role previous - during my secondment, my role and responsibilities were primarily focused on the execution, and completion phases of hedge fund client engagements to facilitate their tight year end reporting timelines.
