I am responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company runs to its maximum productivity.My main responsibilities include improving strategies within the company, preparing and managing budgets, overseeing the supervision of employees and working with third party organisations to continue to improve and develop the IT infrastructure of the company.As the operations development manager i am expected to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity. To achieve this, i use my strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.This role requires me to 'think outside the box' and make quick decisions with little hesitation which i continue to achieve. I use my creative mind set to put into action, ideas which i believe will benefit the companies future.I always to look to Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the companies mission.Key Responsibilities and Experience:* Managing and training a team of between 10 - 15 people.* Designing and managing a new user interface to work alongside the company's extensive database. * Managing software developers to create a new surveying application to ensure the core of the business is efficient and productive.* Controlling and maintaining budgets and expenses.* Introducing and creating new training programs and project briefs for surveyors.* Managing high-level clients and projects e.g. Whitbread and South London and Maudsley Hospitals.* Introducing new software and IT resources to improve work flow.* Relationship management.* Project Management.

• Working autonomously nationwide to produce access surveys. • Plan and create disabled access surveys for clients throughout the UK.• Analyse and identify building modifications, in compliance with accessibility. • Reporting directly to the Head of Surveying on a weekly basis with key performance indicators. Ensuring all targets are achieved for each project. • Comfortable dealing and communicating with mid - high level management.• Building excellent relationships with internal and external parties.• Management and surveying of key and complex projects, including University of Birmingham, Barnsley Hospital, Stow College, Staffordshire University, Premier Inn, Beefeater, Costa and many more.
