-Oversaw administrative functions of Craft Brewed, a craft beer bottle shop and tasting room. Tasks included generating reports, setting team goals, handling multiple projects, monitor invoices, maintain inventory by checking stock and anticipating needs, placing orders, phase out under performing products, answer emails and phone calls, and most of the day-to-day activities of running a small business.-Hiring, scheduling, leading, directing, delegating employees and occasionally dismissing those who didn’t meet company standards. Trained new team members, helped current ones improve, kept them up to date with our business and trends in our industry.
