Home based Bespoke Custom Cake designer, baker and decorator for corporate, wedding engagement, baby showers and birthday celebrations. My position as owner/cake artist involved the creation of unique and individual bespoke cakes, cookies and sweet treats for clients. This was achieved through customer liaison via email and phone correspondence and consultation appointments, determining client objectives, creating designs based on client brief, providing detailed quotes, obtaining sales and delivering final product within the specified time and with immaculate attention to detail.

The position involved the testing/analysis of chemical tanks, quality and stock control, project management, report preparation - both laboratory and financial, performing product trials, handling corrosive and reactive reagents, trouble shooting, liaising with Holden employees and achieving sales objectives.

The position involved, achieving sales objectives through the affective promotion of Servier products to general practitioners, hospital doctors, specialists, retail and hospital pharmacists. Key outcomes of my position were - exceeded projected sales targets as a result of a significant increase in product prescription for the Southern Adelaide region
