Overseeing and facilitating the production of Issues 1 - 3 of Feminessence - a print magazine for ambitious, business-minded women who are ready to make an impact on the world. In this role I liased with all contractors and featured contributors to ensure all requirements were communicated clearly and deadlines met. I was also responsible for creating and optimising all back end systems, including but not limited to communication, product delivery, marketing and customer service. Leading and training both the in-house management team and contractors on a daily basis, as well as through high pressure, deadline-heavy projects, allowed me to utilise and grow my leadership and training skills, which was a role I enjoyed immensely.I was also tasked with creating and delivering digital marketing strategy and planning of launch events, contributor meet and greets, and promotional events, both in person and virtual.

Overseeing and facilitating the production of Seasons 1 & 2 of The Girlfriend Hour TV - a talk show for ambitious, business-minded women who are ready to make an impact on the world. In this role I liased with all contractors and guests to ensure all requirements were communicated clearly and deadlines met. I was also responsible for creating and optimising all back end systems, including but not limited to communication, product delivery, marketing and customer service, and that all aspects of the show - back of house, front of house, on stage and promotional, were taken care of. This project included a new-to-me responsibility - that of Associate Producer. This meant that not only was I responsible for overseeing and leading the back end operations and preparations in the lead up to shoot days, I also had a hands on role facilitating the production on shoot days, backing up our incredible Producer. This was a role I relished and learned a lot from. It allowed me to use my existing skills in new ways, and gain new perspectives and skills that helped me in not only my existing role, but also have set me up to be able to offer more in any future roles I take on. I was also tasked with sourcing and hiring back of house staff, creating and delivering digital marketing strategy and planning of launch events.

Empowering women in the Moreton Bay region to build thriving businesses and grow their network by providing monthly, child friendly networking events. With topical guest speakers and sponsorship opportunities, these events were designed to educate, empower and build community.I relished the opportunity this role gave me to be able to forge strong bonds with women and business owners in my local community and this resulted in many positive opportunities for collaboration and partnership, in both business and personal endeavours.
