In my role as a feature writer at North East Newspapers, I write advertorial copy for the Wangaratta Chronicle and other company publications as required. I also manage the editorial content for the weekly Regional Extra lifestyle supplement, including sourcing and writing the lead feature story. In this role I also put together the quarterly Tourist News magazine, which is widely distributed to visitor information centres and provides information on attractions and events in the region. In these roles I also carry out my own accompanying digital photography as required.

Beginning as a retail trainee, I worked in a number of departments in the Coles Wangaratta store, with the two predominant departments being customer service and the delicatessen. I was employed at Coles when they were introducing digital touch screen registers and was able to learn to operate these, further adding to my technological literacy.

Beginning as a cadet, I worked as a journalist and photographer for North East Newspapers publications.
