Achievements:• Delivered the implementation of SAP HR and Payroll system for Lihir, PNG under the NESS Program, an $80 million five-year project establishing SAP as the baseline business system.• Successfully engaged SAP as a 3rd party vendor to develop the inaugural SAP payroll driver for Papua New Guinea.

Achievements:• Designed and delivered an inaugural Accelerated Leadership Development Program for high potential executive leaders including deploying key talent and increasing the quantity and quality of viable successors for pivotal executive roles.• Developed the organisation-wide performance management process inline with major SAP System transformation. • Managed Executive Leadership Assessments for the top 100 executives of the organisation.

Achievements:• Managed technical resources and executed all elements of project management and governance to effectively deliver an internal HR Metrics reporting tool incorporating rudiments of external benchmarking to measure against best practices using BW and SAP. • Successfully managed and implemented process and system changes to support the performance management process for the development of the top 400 executives across the organisation including all facets of process design, project management, governance and change management utilising SAP.• Effectively managed a number of concurrent SAP HR payroll projects (across varying geographical locations including Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and the Netherlands)

Achievements:• Conducted review of Human Resources Operating Model including recommendations of future operating model for a large not-for-profit Victorian organisation.• Developed and implemented Change Management & Communication strategy and implementation plans for a major national labour-hire provider as part of a back office restructure.• Conducted Vendor selection process for a healthcare billing system to be implemented across 3 major healthcare networks in Victoria and continued with the implementation phase.• Project managed the successful implementation of the budgeting phase of OutlookSoft including the management of 3rd party supplier in a major public health agency• Developed and embeded new salary packaging process procedures for a major hospital including the reconstructing, reconciliation and problem identification for clearing accounts• Mapped the “as is” status of the overpayments process for a major public hospital• Process mapped and tested Payroll and Accounts Payable functions of a major national electrical and gas supplier using Sarbanes Oxley methodology• Analysed and mapped the “as is” status of the payroll function of a major Australian airline including Lean Sigma waste identification and subsequent process re-engineering
