As a Human Resource specialist I’ve always viewed my role as one of partnership, and I’ve been privileged to build my skills and expertise as an HR partner with some really great companies. So much so that when we set up Our HR Team in 2016 I’d been with my last company for almost 16 years. When I decided to branch out on my own I brought with me a passion for business partnering that became the guiding principle of the service Our HR Team offers its clients.I’m passionate about being part of a team and I love running my own business; Our HR Team lets me do both. Our HR Team become part of the fabric of the businesses we support; we work alongside them, learn about their day-to-day challenges and build practical HR solutions to meet those challenges.I also know that really good businesses depend on HR initiatives that put people at their centre, and that’s how we work with our clients. We strive to understand the unique team dynamics of every business we work with; we learn about and adapt to individual company cultures. Then we incorporate that understanding into the HR strategies we develop in partnership with those businesses.We get to know them, we have fun with them, and we help them perform better.
