About Kylie Ninow-Gray
I have always been interested in the health and wellness field and have found my way to worksite health and wellness in 2020. Over the past four years I have been helping companies across the western states develop wellness programs. Worksite wellness should not have boundaries and I have helped break these boundaries by working with companies of all sizes and industries. By partnering with local health departments, community organizations and medical carriers, and third party vendor, I am able to bring health and wellness education and resources to employees. In 2023, I became a certified instructor for Mental Health First Aid. With this certification I have helped bring mental health training to the workplace.
