With over three years of experience in the field of open book management, I am passionate about helping companies unleash the potential of their people through financial and business literacy education, high-involvement strategic planning, and employee ownership. As the Community Engagement Manager at The Great Game of Business, I lead and manage a global network of practitioners, enthusiasts, contributors, and leaders who share the vision of creating a better world by changing the way businesses are run. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having a background in theatre and talent development.In my current role, I am responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and engage the community, as well as providing support and guidance to the members. I also oversee the Employee Ownership Market Segment, where I highlight and inform our employee-owned practitioners and friends. Some of the skills that I use and enhance in this role are social networking, creative ideation, storytelling, and open book management. I enjoy collaborating with and learning from other professionals who are passionate about creating a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability in their organizations.
