 Oversee all aspects of the Drama Department for both middle and high school. Insure that the program and teachers in the Electives Department were in compliance with all school policies. Responsible to build and promote the Arts Conservatory program. Execute all aspects of an Arts Conservatory Show and three play performances per school year. Supervise the International Thespian Society as well as their District and State Competitions.

 Personally visited clients interested in the Paylink system.  Installed the software onto the client’s computer. Trained clients on the Paylink software including maintaining employee information and payroll data. Supported Paylink clients with detailed instructions when technical support was needed. Provided excellent customer service and support to clients with any questions or issues. Accurately entered and maintained client payroll and employee information. Researched and resolved client issues related to payroll tax questions. Handled amendments required to client payroll tax returns. Trained in preparation of federal and state tax returns. Assisted clients with the taxability of employee benefits, pre-tax deductions under qualified plans, disability/third party sick pay, accrual of employee benefit hours. Communicated with the IRS and state agencies to handle client penalty notices and other payroll tax issues. Established and maintained a positive working relationship with clients.

 Responsible for all product returns by customers. Produced reports to show data regarding all returns from different vendors. Placed and executed all online orders. Resolved customer service issues related to returns and online orders.
