I also lead and motivate the team to be the best. I am responsible for setting standards for the store and supporting the team in meeting these standards. Currently studying for a Level 3 Retail Management qualification. I am learning about theoretic management and sales models as well as relating this to my practical work with customers and leading a team.

Joined as a part time member whilst completing my University degree and soon became an integral part of the team. Proven to meet and exceed KPI targets, awarded ‘Customer Hero’ by the Head of Retail for one of the highest individual NPS scores in 2017. Responsible for organising and supporting the pastoral needs of a group of over ten young people aged 16-17 from disadvantaged backgrounds. Empowered a group of young people through a summer programme encouraging them to learn new skills and become leaders. I worked as a part of a team with other mentors to deliver daily workshop sessions to over 30 young people on topics such as leadership, communication and entrepreneurship.
