Currentโ Point of contact for clients using Click Boarding's Onboarding software solution.โ Responsible for creating a proactive plan for retaining and expanding my book of business and bringing in internal teams as needed.โ Assist the Implementation Consultant in onboarding new clients and new projects for existing clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.โ Provide basic training on product features and functionalities and ensure clients are equipped to maximize the value of our products and services.โ Utilize data and analytics to track client usage and engagement while providing insights to clients on how they can derive more value from our products and services.โ Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
