In a year, I have lead some of the biggest projects in HR to creatively solve process inefficiencies in return to office, onboarding, offboarding, position management, and performance management. These changes required large system enablements and buy-in from stakeholders to redefine all of the processes and create change management plans so all stakeholders were aware of the initiatives and why they are important.In addition, I was heavily involved in ensuring we met 100% compliance during our annual compliance cycle through system configurations and creating policy content.
