Drove on time delivery of best-in-class product for these global, brand-defining initiatives.

• Executed all Design-owned milestone meetings, including scheduling, physical set up, and ensuring teams completed the required inputs allowing for more productive meetings.• Conducted weekly cross functional meetings for each product hub to lead teams towards resolution of outstanding issues, and help elevate issues to executive leads where necessary, leading to fewer “fire drills”.• Responsible for sharing and decoding seasonal development calendar to Design team at-large to ensure full understanding and adherence to deliverables. Collated feedback and noted pain-points in the calendar to find solutions to problems early. Performed regular check-ins to maintain momentum.

• Spurred tactical reorganization of global sourcing. Combined industry knowledge, contract management skills, and excellent vendor relations to negotiate improved lead times and cost reductions. Traveled extensively to meet suppliers and verify ethical labor standards.
