Spotlight is a film education program for Black youth between the ages of 14-18 in which they are trained to produce uplifting stories within their lives and community through the powerful medium of filmmaking. -Lead Spotligt instructional team and media educational initiatives, develop a culturally competent curriculum, manage mentors and work closely with mentors to improve programming. Recruit students each year, ensuring youth hear about the program.-Produce video content for social impact organizations in Chicago
