I’ve worked in the portfolio companies of leaders in financial markets, including Blackstone, Carlyle, FINTOP Capital, Goldman Sachs, Hamilton Lane, and Vista Equity Partners. At Hazeltree I lead the EMEA region, coordinating with my colleagues globally to drive our mission as the preeminent provider of treasury and liquidity solutions. I was previously Head of EMEA at ComplySci, a Vista portfolio company, where I created and executed the EMEA segment of the value creation strategy and set the company up for rapid growth. During my tenure, the business experienced the most successful period in its 20-years history.I was a founding member of iLEVEL, helping to establish it as the market leader in the Private Capital portfolio monitoring space. I led the EMEA and APAC regions post the technology’s spin-out from Blackstone. My team and I built the business outside of the core North American market and took the EMEA and APAC territory from 0 clients to 150+ clients, whilst rapidly expanding the team. I worked through two successful acquisitions, first by Ipreo and then IHS Markit.As a seasoned operator and FinTech entrepreneur, I have grown and exited businesses by leveraging my areas of specialization, which include SaaS, B2B, GTM, business strategy, business operations, culture, hyper-growth, value creation, putting structure in place to scale, and exit planning.
