Kytu Lin is the CEO and Founder of Dcard. He created the first web version of the service as a sophomore at National Taiwan University and later founded Dcard Ltd., in 2015. As the CEO of the company, Kytu is dedicated in building a learning organization and led Dcard to successfully implement the OKR framework. In 2020, Kytu was named one of the 30 under 30 Asia honorees by Forbes magazine. He is also listed as one of the 100 MVP mangers by Manager Today, one of Taiwan’s most influential business magazines.Today, Dcard is the most influential social community platform amongst the youth in Taiwan. As the largest anonymous social platform, Dcard is frequented by over 20M monthly unique visitors and has over 8M registered members.
