I led public relations and curated the messaging of corporate and property-level exposure, and across every internal department to ensure on-brand strategy and positioning.PR and Partnerships. Through local partnerships, artistic collaborations, creative amenity programs, and innovative technology, I created opportunities to elevate properties and integrate them more deeply into the culture and neighborhoods around them.—Projects included: 65 Bay Street in Jersey City, done in partnership with Restoration Hardware; Wave Resort, a boutique hotel on the Jersey Shore; Onada Surf Club, a 102-room hotel on the Jersey Shore; 1900 and 2000 Biscayne, twin luxury towers in Edgewater in Miami; W27 and W28, two luxury mixed-office residential and office developments in Wynwood in Miami; Broadway Place, a 500-unit residential community and public space in Long Branch, NJ.
