My core competencies include strategic leadership, high risk case management, crisis and emergency preparedness, sexual violence investigations, violence threat risk assessment and management, executive safety planning, and community safety initiatives. I am committed to advancing the University's mission and values, and to fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and excellence.As the Executive Director of the Office of Safety and High Risk, I oversee the strategic direction and operational implementation of the University's policies and programs related to corporate and community safety. I lead a team of professionals who provide expert guidance, support, and response to complex and sensitive situations that may pose a risk or threat to the safety and well-being of the University community. I also work closely with internal and external partners to enhance the University's readiness and resilience in the event of a crisis or emergency.
