I oversee the development and maintenance of a comprehensive K–12 Math and ELA curriculum portfolio, ensuring high-quality instructional materials for educators and students. I also create scalable business models for professional learning offerings, which consistently deliver over 50% ROI and an average NPS score above 80%. In just 18 months, I grew revenue from $60K to $1M, further increasing to $2M within the following year. I lead change management for new initiatives, successfully managing large cross-functional projects with multiple external stakeholders. Additionally, I develop and negotiate partnerships for new product development and co-owned ventures. I’m committed to advancing anti-racism efforts by fostering a culture of open dialogue and leading team-wide initiatives. Currently, I manage a team of 15 full-time employees and over 50 part-time contractors.We partner with the country’s foremost materials experts to develop superb curriculum and deliver essential implementation support, from professional development to printing. Districts spend more than $5 billion annually on curricula, yet they struggle from a dearth of standards-aligned content. Our mission is to provide students and educators with equal access to rigorous, standards-aligned core programs.

I created and delivered a national professional learning conference for K–12 educators, both in-person and virtually, with 95% of participants expressing high satisfaction and intent to attend again. I increased the professional learning sales attach rate by 85%, managed relationships with external partners, and negotiated contracts while using data and feedback to refine and improve offerings. I also developed and delivered a two-day exemplar session for partners and presented at major national conferences such as SXSW EDU, NCTM, NCTE, NCSM, and ASCD. Representing Open Up Resources at these events, I helped drive engagement by leading learning activities and increasing booth traffic, further promoting our mission and expanding our reach.

As the leader of Open Up Resources' community management efforts, I grew our online educator communities by 3,000% through engaging activities such as Twitter chats, book studies, virtual PLC meetings, and other professional learning initiatives. I managed a team of seven Community Coaches and led a variety of online professional learning events. Additionally, I authored weekly blog posts on relevant education topics, averaging 3,000 views per month and helping drive website traffic to over 200,000 visits monthly. I developed and led webinars, created and managed social media content across multiple platforms, and ensured the accuracy of sales materials. I also worked closely with the curriculum team to incorporate educator feedback, created marketing collateral, and produced video content for conferences and events.
