I joined WorldPay as a temporary employee on a 3 month contract which was extended on two further occasions. The position involved: management of the day to day responsibilities of the Chargeback team and working closely with the Risk and Fraud teams.The activities of the chargeback team included:• Answering customer queries and providing advice and analysis about disputes to individual merchants when requested;• Handling chargeback defence documentation from customers;• Dealing with authentication issues (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code) and with the liability shift reports to notify the banks of incorrect chargebacks; • Processing a daily report to notify the bank, which involved liaising closely with Streamline and American Express;• Credit Control, producing a variety of fee invoices on the accounting program, Sage.
