Built a standardized podcast program implemented globally by all marketing teams. Defined strategy, tested platforms, created processes and best practice training materials, and managed rollout and adoption of centralized program.

Managed corporate-led events that supported Oracle’s industry specific global business units and cloud application solutions. Supported Oracle’s annual executive-level, customer-led industry conference with 3K+ attendees; coordinated programs for eight industries with unique audiences, stakeholders, and requirements. Oversaw ancillary events and special programs at Oracle’s thought leadership conference for cloud applications solutions, which attracted 6K+ attendees; managed experiences and operations for three product groups including awards ceremonies, future leader programs, women in business programming, customer advisory boards, and themed lounges. Assisted with planning and execution of Global Employee Summit, a C-level led address to Oracle’s 150K employees; helped organize in-person program, virtual broadcast, and watch parties around the globe.
