I have been in the Automotive Industry 10+ years. Sales 10+ years, Director of Finance and Insurance 10+ years, Sales Management six years while taking my career to the next level leading my team as General Sales Manager. I deliver an excellent customer experience, using a consistent and effective process. I have effectively moved the F&I process forward by being one of the first individuals to utilize videos in my daily routine to inform the public of auto industry best practices and by building value in product and policies as well as to protect the consumer and the dealer with full transparency. I have written and successfully, executed sales training processes for experienced and new hires alike. My goal is and always has been, to provide an excellent experience for my client. I have accepted many challenges to drive more inspiration within my staff to grow and improve our team’s skill set and work ethic.
