At the beginning of 2013 year, got promotion again to Commodity supervisor. Lead global Chassis Aftermarket Components sourcing in China. Develop supply bases to achieve saving and maximize product range to push Chinese suppliers get Global Aftermarket business grow. Maintain Chinese suppliers for both Global commodity business and local plant business. Lead Global brake pads sourcing project which provide for different region including Euro, N.A .and S.A., investigate and recommend Chinese suppliers to provide production for global business and local plant.  Lead purchasing coordination with Chinese two F-M plants located in Qingdao and Wuhan. Especially for common projects. Build sourcing strategy for key commodities aligned with global commodity team member. Manage 1 buyer and one trainee in team to develop localization projects and global sourcing business.

Start to manage suppliers for brake components after organization changed. Meanwhile cross 3 business units to lead components commodity management and Commodity scope in Forging, Cold-forming and Stamping. Get promotion to senior buyer in Aug 2012.

 Responsible for supplier base development, purchasing strategy development and execution for metal parts (15 MUSD, 72 suppliers) and lead negotiation of YOY productivity for all components, payment terms extend and consolidate similar supplier. Support bidding projects by providing best cost and contribute to award of critical projects: BMW N20/ SVW EA211 & C14D / DPCA EB2DT for piston components. Etc. Responsible to develop Chinese supplier base and maintained supplier database in SAP and internal SharePoint. Lead supplier commercial negotiation, quality and delivery performance. To develop BCC Sourcing for metal parts from Asia for F-M US / S.A. and Europe,  Lead purchasing coordination with Chinese four F-M plants located in Qingdao and Nanchang. Especially for common projects.
