I am looking for (preferably) part time work in (assistant) administration or full time office based property management - my favourite duties are arranging property maintenance & trust accounting - my property management experience spans more than 15 years. I am also extremely interested in onsite management/caretaker of either a single structure unit complex or a small community of individual units preferably no more than 120 properties.My experience in on-site management is limited however I recently spent 5 weeks (temp position) in a building manager role and literally took to it like 'a duck to water' - this was a mixed complex of rental units; owner/occupier units; short stay/holiday units; and commercial business offices. Even though my time there was very short I learnt so much and thoroughly enjoyed it.I am in the category of 'older worker' but that's only on the outside (hahaha!), on the inside I'm still young and still get excited about new challenges and learning new skills.
