- Receives agreed order in forms of a TTC-contract and then industrializes the assignment. - Manage the assignment through a cross functional team and ensure that all results and deliveries are in accordance to the TTC-contract. - Manage the project according to plan with a set task structure- Initiate steps so that the line managers mans the assignments with necessary competences- Develop, monitor and update relevant time plans for this level and current task- Initiates and assure decisions, both in the project and in the line organization, when deviations occur. - Anchor task decisions, implementation and status with responsible line manager. - Report the status and forecast for the project to SU (Sub subsystem leader) - Communicate the project targets, commitments, status and forecasts both internal and external the assignment.- Ensure the assignment's part planning through continuous updating and tracking of part status. - Manage creation of system/component solutions (time, technology, cost).- Ensure requirements are compiled, broken down and balanced between effected subsystems and components, - Ensure that AVB (Analysis and Verification requirements) are created, monitored and implemented.- Ensure that an FMEA and Quality panel is carried out for the assignment. - Ensure together with Group Manager that Design Reviews are carried out for the assignment. - Ensure that technical documentation, primary and supplementary, for requirements is created, updated and released according to plan (Part folder, Drawing, KF/Design Pre Requirements. Engineering Statement of Work/ESOW etc.) - Issue Change Order (ÄO) / Concern within the assignment- Manage creation, updating and monitoring of decided schedules, where the required quality assurance activities for the assignment have been identified.- Ensure correct structure in TCE and all connections to relevant systems for example KDP.
