People are complex, but at their core everyone wants to be happy and healthy. My goal as a recent graduate of Azusa Pacific University’s Clinical Psychology program is to assist clients in learning about themselves, deepening their understanding of who they are and what they desire, through an eclectic and tailored approach to therapy. This individualized approach allows clients of all ages and backgrounds- regardless of where they are in life’s journey- to forge a path forward for themselves on their own terms. I embody a collaborative style with clients, and I tend to pull from various modalities including psychodynamic, narrative, and client-centered. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming, and I have a strong interest in working with trauma. I recently completed EMDR training, and I'm excited to incorporate the modality with my future clients.
