I am currently a Human Resource Coordinator for a packer sanitation company known as PSSI. I have been working with them for almost two years now. I have completed my Human Resources degree and looking for career opportunities. I have experience with boarding thousands of applicants across the country. -Review applicants documents to help determine if they are acceptable to PSSI standards. -Form I-9 -Unemployment claims -Approving termination forms-Approving disciplinary reports -Cost of living adjustments -Employment verifications -Answering phone calls and assisting customers where they need to be directed to. I worked as the second highest ranking manager in a Mcdonald’s store that makes 2.3 million dollars in sales annually. My store is a level A1 restaurant which includes 62 employees.-Reviewed and evaluated hundreds of applicants for adequacy over a two-year period at my store. -Conducted interviews on similar levels and determined who to hire as a new employee. -Provide onboarding services which includes reviewing all new employees, scheduling rules, store policies, safety requirements, and assignment of uniforms.-Coordinating initial training provided by a combination of on job training, videos, and written policies. -Supervise the hiring manager and directly serve as a training manager. -Conduct 30-Day reviews for all new employees, plus annual appraisals for 13 crew trainers.-Supervise managers and crew on procedures, accuracy, and provide motivation. -Provide training schedules, reviews, and assisting managers with further training.-Provide disciplinary action as necessary for non-compliant employees.-Discipline as needed which includes individual verbal, written, and time-off. -Assisted in Termination as witness and support leader.-In charge of running the store two days a week. Tasks include: Walking the store to check cleanliness staffing, and product. Work on labor which includes how staffing went previous day. Work on Operations report, manager reports, quit sheets, overtime approval, and weekly time sheets. Supervise food safety temperatures. Supervise, motivate, and coordinate full crew during peak hours. -Develop schedule for 62 full and part-time employees requiring flexible schedules for all.-Order supplies for the entire store on a semi-weekly basis.-Conduct monthly inventory for the entire store.
