Leader of Global Risk Management, deploying risk identification, measurement and governance techniques that best position the company to realize the full potential of opportunities and respond to adverse events. Ms. Willard provides executive oversight and collaborates with global subject matter experts in key Risk functions: Enterprise Risk Management, Health, Safety, & Environmental (HS&E), and Security, Crisis Management and Business Continuity. Lacey leads Workplace Safety & Wellbeing to create a culture around a safe and well experience in the workplace, leading to exceptional business outcomes. She works with Health, Safety & Environmental subject matter experts across the world to integrate HS&E deeply into CBRE's business, demonstrate the company's strong commitment to its people, and keep safety and wellbeing top of mind. Lacey gives executive oversight, convening thought leaders; communicating strategy, standards, and messaging around safety and wellbeing; creating technology solutions to measure HS&E’s impact to risk and productivity; and securing industry recognition.

Lacey, as a member of CBRE’s Strategic Accounts Group and Client Care team, serves CBRE's institutional and investor clients as a single point of contact. The team coordinates with national accounts, including Greenfield Partners, Equity Commonwealth, Gramercy Property Trust, Clarion Partners, and LNR, navigating and leveraging CBRE’s resources with a focus on operational excellence and execution. Partnering with clients to meet their immediate and long-term goals while fostering mutual growth opportunities, she focuses on fund-level cash, capital, and lease management, as well as lender liasioning. Lacey leads comprehensive performance in real estate management, project management, capital markets, and advisory and transaction services for a portfolio comprised of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout the United States.

Lacey leads the receivership program, business development, and client relations efforts for Recovery and Restructuring Services of Florida for CBRE, Inc. The RRS program addresses the workout, restructuring, and recovery of under- and non-performing commercial real estate assets. RRS participated in over 100 active receivership and distressed assets across the state of Florida. As a Receiver and distressed asset portfolio manager of all product types, she first provides stabilization efforts through concentration on financial analysis, risk mitigation, funds pursuit, legal review, environmental analysis, remedying deferred maintenance, lease renegotiation, capital improvement completion, reduction of expenses, and contract administration. Once stabilized, she adds value by capturing new tenants, retaining existing tenants, and/or marketing the asset or loan for sale.Lacey represents CBRE in the commercial real estate industry as a Tampa Bay Business Journal Business Woman of the Year Finalist; with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International as Executive Committee Member and State Government Affairs Committee; BOMA the Greater Tampa Bay's Past President and Government Affairs Committee Chair; BOMA Florida's Past President and Government Affairs Committee Co-Chair; BOMA Southern Region Board of Directors and Site Selection Committee Co-Chair; US Green Building Council Florida Gulf Coast Region Past Chapter Chair, Tampa Bay Branch Past Chair, and Chapter Board of Directors; Tampa Bay Regional Coalition Member; Westshore Alliance Member; the Hillsborough County and Florida Bar Associations; and Tampa Bay Book of Lists.

Lacey drafted, solicited, negotiated, awarded, and administered federal contracts under the FAR. She supervised operations for eight United States Courthouses and hundreds of government-leased commercial spaces. Lacey also represented GSA as Combined Federal Campaign Chair, Building Owners and Managers Association Committee Chair, Federal Executive Council Committee Chair, and Tampa Downtown Partnership Executive Member. Finally she served as real estate representative for FEMA Emergency Support Function Number Seven.
